That time of year is coming again. Every summer XXL drop a new list of freshmen rappers who are considered the future stars of the industry. Sometimes they hit it out of the park and other times they’ve flopped miserably (Check the 2015 list for reference). Here’s an early prediction of this years list, and for the record, YNW Melly and Sheck Wes have been left off of this list with their current troubles with the law. Following on from his gigantic 2017 success with ‘Gucci Gang’ and his self titled debut, it’s took over an entire year for his next project to be released, Harverd Dropout.
